Fixes and Maintenance

  • Inventory updates: Available inventory now accurately reflects the most recently confirmed orders.

  • Duplicate messages to Cloudsuite: Added safeguards to prevent duplicate messages from being sent in edge cases.

  • Missing order item information: Improved validation to ensure all required information is captured when adding new products to an order.

  • Emoji search: Resolved an issue affecting emoji search in reactions and messages.

  • Warning for multi-UoM orders: Added a warning when confirming orders that include mixed price units and/or quantity units to help prevent UoM errors.

  • File attachment upgrade: Simplified file attachments across orders, chat, and profiles for improved performance and reliability.

Improvements:

  • Default order notes: To reduce manual entry, Nui now automatically defaults order notes when creating a new order or selecting a new address. The most recent notes used for the same buyer and address will be applied.

  • Order notes line breaks: Line breaks are now preserved in order notes on future Nui orders for improved readability.

  • New order type: Added POD – 115 as an accepted order type for the Nui/Cloudsuite integration.

  • "None" product filters: New filters allow you to search for products based on missing attributes, making it easier to manage the product catalogue.

  • Internal price syncing: Cloudsuite now sends internal price updates back to Nui Connect, improving price visibility across ANZCO offices.

New features:

  • Place of unload:

    • The customer address sync now includes place of unload information for each address.

    • For CIF and CIP orders, you can now select a place of unload instead of a street address. The selected place of unload will be displayed on the platform and included on the sales confirmation.

    • For other delivery methods, the place of unload field can be ignored. A new checkbox above the address section allows you to manually switch between street address and place of unload if needed.

  • Alternate SKU pricing:

    • You can now apply pricing to alternate SKUs. If the same price applies to the order item and the alternate SKU, you can leave the alternate SKU price blank.

    • Selecting alternate SKUs is now easier, with default alternates displayed for each product.

    • You can manage alternate SKU permissions per customer. By default, all customers can view alternate SKUs and their prices. You also have the option to allow customers to edit alternate SKU pricing.

  • Production dates:

    • You can now edit production dates per order item to be sent to Cloudsuite via the integration.

    • These are only required for certain order types (Domestic Toll, Export Toll and POD)
