New order workflow:
Based on your feedback, we have changed the PrimeX order workflow to improve the flexibility of order management. Highlights include:

  • Domestic buyers can submit orders for seller's approval

  • Sellers can confirm an order at any time

  • Pending is an optional status

  • Buyers are able to accept offers and progress to pending status (optional)

  • Both buyers and sellers can edit offers and pending orders 

The below image shows the new workflow for both the buyer and the seller (the buyer options are shown in amber)

How to confirm an order 

  • After negotiation with buyers, sellers can create confirmed orders, either from new or existing orders.

  • New orders: sellers can select to either create an offer or an order, as shown below. Select Order to create a new confirmed order.

  • Existing orders: sellers can use the 'Confirm' option in any offer or pending order to confirm the order. This is available from the order detail view or the list view, as shown below:
