How to confirm an order

Buyers are able to confirm offers to indicate they accept the seller's offer.
Sellers are responsible for the final confirmation of all orders. This page explains what steps to take to confirm any order.

How a seller can create a new confirmed order:

After negotiation with buyers, sellers can create new confirmed orders by selecting the Order option at the top of a new order form, as shown below. The seller may send an offer first, at their discretion but this is not required.

How a seller can confirm an existing order:

Sellers can use the 'Confirm' option in any offer or pending order to confirm the order. This is available from the order detail view or the list view, as shown below:

​How a buyer can confirm an offer:

Buyers can confirm an offer by selecting Confirm. This is available from the order detail view or the list view, as shown below.
Once the buyer confirms an offer, the order will then move into amber Pending status so the seller can confirm the remaining order details and move the order to Confirmed.
