Fixes:
Default terms of sale displayed for all orders
Locations shown in alphabetical order
Average carton weight is now mandatory where carton is a UoM to ensure all orders have indicative value
Delivery date:
To avoid any confusion, the name of 'Delivery date' has been changed to 'Estimated delivery date'.
Shipping notes:
Orders now have a 'Shipping notes' field located underneath delivery address. This field is only editable by the seller but visible to anyone who views the order.
Jump to chat:
To help move between orders and chat conversations, you can now click a chat icon from the order list view or order detail view. This will open the chat window relating to this order so you can discuss the order with your contact. Refer to the images below:

Order reference search:
You can now search for order reference numbers to help find the order you are looking for. You can search for three types of order references:
PrimeX reference number
Seller reference number
Buyer PO reference number
Searchable fields:
Order filters:
To help manage your orders, use the filters to create a customised orders list. You may want to view only your orders that are pending approval or you may want to view all the orders for a group of customers, for example. The filters you create are only visible to you and will be saved until you change or remove them.
You can filter orders by three categories:
Order status
Internal assignee
Organisation (counterparty)
To create a new filter, click the filter icon, select the required filter and click Apply.
To update an existing filter, click on the applied filter, update your selection and click Apply.
Handy tip:
You can email yourself a pro forma invoice for any PrimeX order to receive a summary of the order. Select this option via the triple dot menu shown below:
