  • Default terms of sale displayed for all orders

  • Locations shown in alphabetical order

  • Average carton weight is now mandatory where carton is a UoM to ensure all orders have indicative value

Delivery date:

To avoid any confusion, the name of 'Delivery date' has been changed to 'Estimated delivery date'.

Shipping notes:

Orders now have a 'Shipping notes' field located underneath delivery address. This field is only editable by the seller but visible to anyone who views the order.

To help move between orders and chat conversations, you can now click a chat icon from the order list view or order detail view. This will open the chat window relating to this order so you can discuss the order with your contact. Refer to the images below:

Order filters:

To help manage your orders, use the filters to create a customised orders list. You may want to view only your orders that are pending approval or you may want to view all the orders for a group of customers, for example. The filters you create are only visible to you and will be saved until you change or remove them.

You can filter orders by three categories:

  1. Order status

  2. Internal assignee

  3. Organisation (counterparty)

To create a new filter, click the filter icon, select the required filter and click Apply.
To update an existing filter, click on the applied filter, update your selection and click Apply

Handy tip:

You can email yourself a pro forma invoice for any PrimeX order to receive a summary of the order. Select this option via the triple dot menu shown below:
