Release Notes highlight the latest product updates to improve PrimeXConnect.
If you have a suggestion for a fix or feature, please let us know via our live support chat or email us at support@primexconnect.com.

Fixes:

  • Some styling updates to provide better colour clarity, including the calendar date selector and active filters

  • Additional performance improvements

Improvements

  • Buyer browse. Customers can now choose to 'View products' before starting an order. This enables a clear option for customers to browse available products and prices as soon as they login to reduce the need for chat enquiries. Below is a customer view of the new 'View products' option:

  • External sales confirmation PDF. Once an order has been confirmed, a seller can request an external sales confirmation via email. The external sales confirmation excludes any prices or terms so it can then be forwarded on to 3rd parties. (Additional improvements coming soon including load out location address and carton count and automated emails to 3rd parties). The image below shows this new option from the triple dot menu:

  • New load out date and load out location fields. A seller can now select a load out date and load out location for each order. Customers can view these fields but not edit them. After you have confirmed an order with each customer, PrimeX will provide default selections for these fields based on your order history with each customer.

  • Contact cards. Sellers can view a contact card for each customer via the settings page. Sellers can view delivery address and contact information on their customers and save a unique customer ID, payment terms and default location for each customer as shown below. (These will be connected to the trade vault as part of the next release.)

Next releases:

  • Default stock location applied for each customer

  • Delivery address drop down in the order form

  • Email automation subscribers feature
