We’ve just released some new features to make managing your ANZCO orders via the secure PrimeXConnect platform even better.

Support for all web browsers - you can now quickly login to PrimeX from your default web browser, whether it’s Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Safari or Firefox.
Mobile chat - enjoy seamless messaging with your ANZCO Account Manager across both the desktop site and mobile app. Look out for the app update later this week.
Improved order search and filter - to make it easier to locate and organise orders, you can now search orders by any order attribute and apply filters to manage your list of orders. By default, PrimeX will display your orders for the last week.
New desktop chat - chat is now easier than ever with a new recent chat menu, chat groups and improved message features. Check out a 1 min demo of the new chat features below:
New look desktop order form - we've simplified the order form to make it easier to find the product you need, manage order details and see the progress of your order. Watch this 1 min video to see how the order form works:
Note: Chat notifications are available via the mobile app, remember to update your app to get notified about new chat messages.
