We have made improvements to typing in the order item table and reduce errors.
Out of office: You can now update your personal settings to show chat contacts when you are away from the office. This feature is available on both mobile and desktop. Go to your personal profile settings to provide your out of office information, as shown below. Most fields are optional so you can provide as little or as much information as required.
Below is an example of the notification your chat contacts will see while you are out of the office. You can personalise the message and may choose to nominate an alternate chat contact.
Load out location filter: To make it easier to manage orders, we have added a "Load out location" filter to the orders list. Use the filter icon, shown below, to view filters and select the required load out location(s) from the list. Once you "Apply filters", you will only see orders containing that load out location in the list.
Port of loading and port of discharge: Global shipping ports are now available for selection on the order form so you don't have to type port of loading or port of discharge names. Both fields are optional if you are using road or air freight, port of loading will only be required if you are using sea freight. (When you look back at historical orders, the old, typed port value will no longer be displayed)
