Release Notes highlight the latest product updates to improve PrimeXConnect.
If you have a suggestion for a fix or feature, please let us know via our live support chat or email us at support@primexconnect.com.

Please look out for the PrimeX mobile app update to enjoy these features on mobile.

Fixes:

  • We have made the PDF sales confirmation (formerly pro forma) and PDF external sales confirmation more reader-friendly based on user feedback.

  • The copy on the email notification for buyers when they receive a new order has been corrected to avoid confusion.

  • The code for each delivery address is now displayed to make address selection easier.

New features:

  • Improved chat menu: it is now even easier to find a chat message, group or contact. With chat streamlined onto a single menu, you can search for any chat message, group name or contact name and view results by category. Click on each category summary or any result to view more information.

  • Use the new open/close icon to minimise the chat menu when you aren't using it and expand again when you need it.

  • Use the single blue + icon to start either a new direct chat or group.

The below video shows some highlights:

  • New export order attributes: We have added the following new attributes as shown further below:

    • Refrigeration: now required for all orders (eg chilled/frozen)

    • Chilled temperature: only required for chilled orders

    • Containers: only required for sea freight orders

    • Consignee: only available for international sales offices

    • Alternate SKUs: 1 or more can be selected per order item

Select the checkbox for 'Alternate SKUs' to display an extra column in the item table. Open the menu to search for any alternate SKU and select 1 or more alternate SKU per item, if required.
