When a PrimeX order is loaded out or dispatched by the seller, the status will automatically change to Dispatched. This feature will provide sellers and customers with better visibility of each order's progress and reduce the need for manual updates. Some examples of Dispatched orders are shown below:
Customers receive the following notifications when an order is Dispatched:
Mobile app push notification - make sure you have the PrimeXConnect mobile app installed on your phone and notifications enabled.
Email notifications - please check your junk folders and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts to ensure you receive email notifications.
In-app notifications - when you log in via the PrimeX desktop website, remember to check your order notifications to see your recent order activity as shown below:
