Bulk offers:
To make offers more efficient, you can now send offers to multiple recipients at once. Simply select additional contacts from the available recipient options.
Each recipient selected will receive the exact same offer and they will not know they were part of a bulk action. So you can still use the subject and personal message, just avoid customer specific names or information.
You won't be able to edit the delivery addresses for a bulk offer but the rest of the order form will work as per any 1:1 offer. PrimeX will apply the recipient's default delivery address to each new offer.
Once the offers are sent, each customer will be notified and the offer can progress as per the usual 1:1 offer process.
Below is a draft offer with three recipients selected. Each recipient will receive the same offer.
