If you have a suggestion for a fix or feature, please let us know via our live support chat or email us at support@nuimarkets.com.

Please look out for the mobile app update to enjoy these new features across devices.

Fixes:

  • Resolved issue preventing users from disabling of customers via the customer page.

  • Solved issue for missing order counts on mobile home page.

  • Resolved issue with mobile chat notifications

Improvements:

  • Date ranges for uncommitted orders: Sellers and their customers can now choose to select a date range for Delivery date and/or Load out date for unconfirmed orders (Offer / Enquiry / Pending orders). This option can be ignored for orders where it is not required.

    • If an order with a date range is confirmed, Nui will use the end date from the range for the confirmed order. If another date is required for the confirmed order, the dates can be edited before confirmation.

    • Select the drop down next to Delivery date and Load out date to chose the date range option

  • Changes to PDFs: sales confirmation and external sales confirmation now include freight information for export orders, dispatched actuals and a new format to allow for more information.

  • Dispatched email: With the addition of the information above now on the sales confirmation PDFs, the dispatched email notification send to the customer will now have the sales confirmation attached for easy reference.

  • Video added to customer welcome email: customer's will receive this explainer video when they receive their login information.

  • Improved product visibility for new customers: Customers with no recent products will automatically see "All products" by default to make initial product search more intuitive.
