Latest fixes and improvements to PrimeX

Release Notes highlight the latest product updates to improve PrimeXConnect.

Fixes:

  • Unknown error issue: Sometimes missing order fields were not displayed in error messages and it was not possible to confirm an order. All error details are now shown clearly in the error messages. 

Improvements:

  • Optional delivery address field: You can now chose to leave the delivery address field blank on your order form until we automate this section 

  • Default delivery terms: Delivery terms will default to the selection used in the last confirmed order with the same customer

  • Close order from order list view: You can now close an order via the list view to make it easier to close your orders. Just select 'Close order' from the triple dot menu on the order list view

  • Styling: All toggle colours have been updated to make options and selections clearer

  • Quicker access to products for customers: Customers no longer need to select an order recipient to view products via the order form

New product search and display:

  • It is now easier to view and find products with external buyer descriptions, a new availability filter and improved search usability. Read more on our improvements to product search and display.

Improved filter usability:

  • Filters are now easier to view and use as they each appear as a clickable options at the top of the page. 

  • Click on each filter name to select and apply a filter or click X to clear a filter.

New organisation settings:

  • You can now view and edit additional settings via PrimeX. Click on your image or initials in the bottom left of your screen and select Settings, as shown below, to:

  • Edit your personal profile, including changing password

  • View and edit your organisation's settings, including address information

  • View contact cards (more contact card features coming soon)

Handy tips:

  • Duplicate from the 'All orders' channel if you want to change the order recipient

  • Remember you can click the 'Chat' icon, shown below, on any order to start chatting with your order contact

Coming soon:

  • Sort channels by recent activity

  • Make the subject field optional and display the order date in list view and order detail   

  • Hide parts of the new order form for customers and display only critical fields

  • From the list view, show the seller which orders have been confirmed in their integrated system

  • Provide each customer's delivery address(es) for selection in the order form
